When we talk about My Gold Coast Care Group, we couldn’t go any other way than this: to talk about who we are.
Meet our team now.

Bruna - Support Therapist

“I’ve always wanted to support my community and understand them. That’s why I’m upskilling my education in the field of community service”

Bruninha - Support Worker

“I graduated in psychology in Brazil and worked with mental health for two years. When I arrived in Australia I had the opportunity to work with disabled people and I really enjoy working with it.”

Raquel - Support Worker

“I’ve been a nurse for 10 years, I love my profession and I find it very rewarding to be able to help those who really need it!”

Marcelo - Youth Worker

“My purpose is to guide people through the journey of self-empowerment. Helping to re-shape their realities, overcome limitations, to live more coherently and with quality.”

Kevin - Admin

“My name is Kevin, and I’m an admin of My Gold Coast Care Group. I really like my job because I like helping people from support workers to clients to satisfy them by helping them achieve their needs and goals, while want to make the company grow. I’m tolerant and just, and I have a disability like you such as hard hearing and slow processing speed. I believe peoples with disabilities and mental health conditions deserve the same treatment and rights like most people in society such as equality and equity. My hobbies are reading, gym, and Chinese martial arts (kung fu).”

Meiri - Support Worker

“I graduated in psychology in Brazil for my passion of working with people and for people. I had the experience of working with people with disabilities there, and arriving here in Australia I had the pleasant surprise of being able to continue working with what I really love. I believe that the most important thing is to bet on the potential of each one, and to be able to help them maximize that potential.”

Adelaide - Support Worker

“In Brazil I graduated in psychology 13 years ago, and I am happy to be able to continue contributing to the emotional well-being and self-empowerment of people here in Australia. This is my true calling."

Meredith - Support Worker

“Ever since I was a young, I’ve loved helping and caring for people. Me and my family love to donate to some of the charities in my home country and seeing people smile is one of the best thing. Because of this, I knew I wanted to pursue this as a career and I studied Disability Support and Community Service here in Australia. Working in the disability industry has given me the opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life, It’s more than just a job, it’s a way to help the people we support have independence and be a part of the community. As a support worker making a difference is what something we do everyday.”

Aline - Support Worker

‘’I am an obstetric nurse and gerontologist, having graduated 8 years ago, and I decided to venture into a new area of care, where I fell in love. Being an assistant goes far beyond a job; helping people on a daily basis by including them in the community and assisting them in having a full and independent life is priceless.’’
